GuildeHall Network

Privacy

What we collect and why.

Plain language first; legal review will follow as we approach launch.

To use the platform you create an account with an email and a password. Optional profile fields (phone, address, date of birth) can be added; you control what's visible to other members through privacy settings on your account page.

Posts, comments, messages, events, RSVPs, and other content you create are stored on the platform so other members of your Guilde can see them. Visibility follows the Guilde's tier (public, private, secret). Direct messages are visible only to the participants.

You can download a complete export of your data from your account page at any time. You can also delete your account from the same page; deletion anonymizes your record (your posts and comments display as "[deleted]" to preserve the conversations other members are part of, but personally identifying fields are cleared).

The platform sets a small number of cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

If you have a question about how your data is handled, write to [email protected].
