Use of the platform

You're free to use GuildeHall Network for any lawful purpose consistent with running a civic group. Don't use it for harassment, spam, illegal activity, or to impersonate someone else.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and back up that content so the platform can function. You do not grant us a license to use your content to train AI models, sell it to third parties, or repurpose it for advertising.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity that happens under your account. If you discover unauthorized access, contact us and change your password.

Guilde admins

Admins of a Guilde are responsible for membership decisions, moderation, and the content their members post under that Guilde. Persistent moderation failure may result in a Guilde being restricted or removed.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. We work to keep it working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to refunding the most recent payment you made.
